At Color Harmony at Home, I take great pride in delivering thoughtful, strategic color guidance designed to create beautiful, cohesive results. My goal is for every client to feel confident and satisfied with their final color selections.

Paint Color Testing & Support

Proper testing is an essential part of the color selection process. During your consultation, you will receive clear instructions on how to test your colors in your space at different times of day and lighting conditions.

If, after properly testing your samples, you are unsure about your selections, I am happy to provide one to two refined color options at no additional charge.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome:

Paint colors should be tested in your space prior to painting
The recommended paint brand should be used for accurate color results

If colors are not tested, or if a different paint brand is used, I cannot guarantee the final outcome or be responsible for repainting costs.

Consultation Policies

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Payment
Full payment is due at the time of your in-person consultation.

Post-Consultation Support
You have 30 days following your consultation to reach out with any questions or concerns. If I do not hear from you within that timeframe, your consultation will be considered complete and non-refundable.
